My name is Rolly Dinanga Mbala, originally from Kasaï Oriental and a native of Kinshasa, where I was born on 23 January 1986. After obtaining a degree in international public law, I continued my training by obtaining a diploma in relationship marketing in 2016-2017 at the École Supérieure de Management in Kinshasa - Ngaliema.
I also took a course in IT Telematics Management (MIT) in 2014-2015, as well as a training seminar on computerised payroll applications organised by Meltgroup in Kinshasa from May to November 2007.
My significant professional experience includes :
An operational and marketing consultant role at Impact Agency, a Congolese company operating in the events sector, from 2016 to 2018. My assignments mainly involved public relations management and compliance monitoring.
From 2016 to 2017, I was in charge of IT at the Ministry of Labour, associated with Weuchemie, a regional company focused on the information digitisation applications sector. I provided technical support within the Ministry for the production of work cards for expatriate staff.
Working with Vodacom as a call centre advisor during the 2015-2016 school year, via the Bensizwe placement agency.
A position as administrative and compliance officer at HSD Human Resource Solution Ltd-DRC / Melt Group, a Société Privée de Placement (SPP), a subsidiary of the multinational HSD Human Resource Solution, a member of the MELTGROUP holding company, from 2007 to 2009. Based in Cyprus, it is affiliated to the MELTGROUP Group based in Spain.
I currently work for Expatman as a work permit and submission specialist.
