Roger MUHINDO KABATSI

My name is MUHINDO KABATSI Roger, born on 08 January 1980 in Goma in the province of North Kivu, the son of Mr MUHINDO TSONGO Anatole and Mrs KAVIRA Catherine, both Congolese. He is married to a charming wife and has 5 beautiful children, including 3 girls and 2 boys.

The Democratic Republic of Congo is the country where I was born and grew up, and it remains the root of my intelligence, because all my schooling and academic career took place there with satisfaction, which is why I honour it in order to find a way of repaying my debt to it; it is taking advantage of the promotion that I am doing for the great business opportunities that it presents in the field of expatriate visas, in particular by working as Director of Operations for Expatman LLC.

My experience will always be positive, rewarding and exciting, because the future in this country is bright. Each of my careers has been a highlight in its own way; they have defined me and allowed me in different ways to understand who I am the ability to use my intellect, to explore my ideas has been a positive challenge. I simply do what I love and do it out of passion, I'm less interested in what people think of me, especially when it comes to criticism that doesn't add anything to my life.

Success is about doing what you love and sharing your knowledge and experience. For me, success isn't just about money, it's also about challenging yourself and your own ideas, the birth of a cleverly conceived idea that you give shape to in order to change people's lives.

As an architect by training, I believe that to make a career in this profession, which I also practise, you first have to love it, especially as in the Democratic Republic of Congo, architecture has not yet made its big breakthrough, not because the skills aren't there, but because of a bad political class.

My motto is to work with determination and believe in what I do without ever giving up, especially as no one is in charge of my happiness except me. Speaking of myself, I refuse to say that everything I do and everything positive that happens to me is the effect of my own intellectual capacity; I end by affirming the invisible presence of the Most High in all my undertakings.
