This Circular Note supplements and modifies Circular Note n\u00b006\/DGM\/DG\/291\/022 of 11\/02\/2022 relating to the conditions of entry into and exit from the national territory as part of the response to the COVID-19 pandemic:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mandatory compliance with the provisions laid down by Decree No. 20\/023 of 1\u1d49\u02b3 October 2020 of His Excellency the Prime Minister, Head of Government on barrier measures to combat the COVID-19 pandemic in the Democratic Republic of Congo;<\/li>\n<li>All travellers entering or leaving France must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test carried out in the country of origin within 48 hours;<\/li>\n<li>Obligation to undergo a PC test carried out by approved services on entering the country;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Repeal of the ban on boarding passengers from or to<\/strong> <strong>transiting India and Brazil decreed by Note n\u00b006\/DGM\/DG\/763\/021 <\/strong><strong>from 08\/05\/2021.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For Exptman SARLU<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Jean Pierre Thumba<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Managing Director<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Concerne : Nouvelles directives d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo par rapport \u00e0 la situation de la COVID- 19.
